The end is near
Prediction: Al Gore will become the antichrist.
Don't dismiss it quite yet...think about it for a minute. The whole world's mainstream will unite under this mantra and saving the earth...going green...will become their religion, following their leader, Al Gore, who knows EVERYTHING about global warming and has incredible abilities, like inventing the internet (okay, that last part was a jab). In fact, he said the other day that anyone who doesn't believe in global warming is like the people who believed the earth was flat!
Believe or else!
People will worship him (I mean more than they already do) and take everything he says as truth (like they already do).
Think about it...what else on could possibly unite everyone, regardless of age, race, religion, culture...it's impossible to get everyone to on one thing, something always gets in the way. This is something that everyone could agree on. Plus there's no way to prove global warming, you just have to take Al's word that it's happening...and believe that it's also our fault...we caused this. We need to repent...or else! This will catch all kinds of people who aren't aware of what they're doing...they'll turn their eyes from God and follow blindly.

Wow! I had not thought of it like that before...now I'm even more freaked out about the whole "Inconveninet Truth" thing. And as far as global warming well all I can say is not today.
Side note...how do "they" know that this isn't a cycle like everything else on this planet. It's not like we've had scientists running around measuring all this stuff since the dawn of time.
They are choosing to ignore thousands of years of data (some would say hundreds of thousands) and focusing only on the last hundred years or so.
There's a book out that I heard about on the radio called "Unstoppable Global Warming-Every 1500 Years" has confirmed through evidence such as tree rings (living, preserved and fossilized), pollen, coral, glaciers, boreholes, stalagmites, tree lines, and sea sediments, that there is a natural cycle of global warming and cooling as there has been since the beginning of time.
Most importantly to learn is that humans did not cause this, and that there is nothing humans can do to "cure" this...if everyone did everything that these wackos are talking about, MAYBE we could cool the earth's temp by a half a degree. But since temperature is not an absolute thing when compared over time...you have to say the average temperature today is X...how could you ever prove it's done any good?
It's all a scam, and there's a lot of money and power involved.
